You can delete your Rampa account at any time. First withdraw any money left in your balance, including in any business account you own, and wait for payments in progress to finish.
In the app
- Open Rampa and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tick that you understand it cannot be undone, enter your PIN and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email hello@userampa.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request with you and delete your account within 30 days.
What happens to your data
- You are signed out on every phone, and your email and password no longer sign in.
- Your username is released, and the account numbers you saved for withdrawals are erased.
- Any business account you own is deleted too.
- Anti-money-laundering and financial record-keeping laws require us to keep records of your payments, your identity verification and the details you gave us, and the suppliers you paid, for a period after your account closes, usually five years. We delete them when that period ends.
